5) & 6) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assault_Amphibious_Vehicle  5 is the early version with .50 turret, 6 is later with a 40mm/.50 turret

 

My guess is all 1/35th scale, all TAMIYA kits.

possibly, but if so probably a fantasy piece - not sure South Vietnam received any Morris quads.
