WW1 AEF rations

Hey everyone,

i hve a few questions, some to which i know some of the answers to, but want hear anyways.

 

So for the AEF what kind of rations were issued?  
What was some wartime American recipes used in the trenches?

Did the the Americans have any sort of trench cooker like the british had?
