usmedalman Posted September 8, 2022 #1 Posted September 8, 2022 I have several WWI Victory Medal boxes or transmittal documents that indicate the addition of clasps. I was wondering if medals to personnel entitled to a Citation Star also included a notation on the box or medal receipt indicating the addition of the Citation Star. If so, can anyone provide a photograph? Was this different for Navy/USMC and Army personnel?
