It has a brief write up and picture one available for everybody who was involved in the war from Mason County. It also includes “Gold Star” parents. LIST OF COUNTY PUBLICATIONS- Boone, Brown, Bureau, Carroll, DeKalb, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hancock, Jackson, Jefferson, Jersey, Jo Davies, Johnson, Kane, (actually only a WW1 history of Aurora), Kankakee, Knox, Lee, Livingston, McLean, Macon, Macoupin, Mason, Massac, Menard, Mercer, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Sangamon, Shelby, Stephenson, Vermilion, Washington, Williamson. Logan Co. has two oversize folios of original photos, located in the library in Lincoln. Worth the visit.
