MinorInHistory Posted September 3, 2022 #1 Posted September 3, 2022 Hello everyone! We’ve seen the threads for impression photos, but I’d like to see your favorite all time photos. Wether they look super authentic or if they’re just neat, I think it’d be cool to have some show and tell. I’ll start us off: 1: Patrolling at dusk 2: R&R, playing some blackjack for Francs
USMC_COLLECTOR Posted September 3, 2022 #2 Posted September 3, 2022 Here are mine. I do Seabee and Marine Corps for my WWII impressions. These are only navy.

USMC_COLLECTOR Posted September 4, 2022 #4 Posted September 4, 2022 My friend is a wizard at photography! Here's a couple more good ones My grandpa played trumpet in the Seabees navy band.
USMC_COLLECTOR Posted September 4, 2022 #5 Posted September 4, 2022 And some final ones from another event... And one of our members gets his airborne helmet inspected by a Nam Marine Lieutenant and WWII USMC Corporal.

USMC_COLLECTOR Posted September 6, 2022 #7 Posted September 6, 2022 Love that flak! Not as much as my first pattern though 😏 2 hours ago, Chest Rockwell said: Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 26th Marine Regiment Khe Sanh Combat Base, Quang Tri Province, Republic of Vietnam February, 1968
USMC_COLLECTOR Posted September 20, 2022 #8 Posted September 20, 2022 Got some more from a recent event. We did the battle of Hürtgen Forest from Sep 19, 1944 – Feb 10, 1945. Ummm... Don't ask.... Our Lieutenant really messed up here... And our favorite Ruski Grandma asking us for some borscht And lastly some greyscale cause who can resist
MinorInHistory Posted December 15, 2022 Author #13 Posted December 15, 2022 Unfortunately I was only a spectator for the first photo…
kwc271 Posted December 22, 2022 #14 Posted December 22, 2022 Hello everyone! I thought I’d post some pics of me in Washington DC at the WW2 Memorial Dedication week, back in 2006 I believe. Please pardon the quality of the pics. BTW, I even got to meek Tony Curtiss at the National Press Club USO breakfast before going to the White House.
kwc271 Posted December 22, 2022 #15 Posted December 22, 2022 I also am a member of the WW2 Polish Military Living History Group. I know it isn’t an American impression, but it is fascinating to me and something you don’t ever see. We portray the Polish 10th Dragoons (1st Armored ), Polish 1st Independent Parachute Brigade, Polish Air Force, and some others. Here are some pics. Btw, the first pic was taken at the Polish Ambassador’s residence in Washington DC.
S.ChrisKelly Posted March 30, 2023 #16 Posted March 30, 2023 My apologies in advance for taking license, but I had to share these two. For the many with an interest in World War Two, specifically the obscure Axis... I'll let the photographs speak for themselves. The second, obviously "farb", makes a mockery of the dignity of the first. Nonetheless, it was good for a laugh. Again, thanks and lauds for your patience and tolerance.
USMC_COLLECTOR Posted March 30, 2023 #17 Posted March 30, 2023 Y'all gather round and let me tell you about "My Struggle" 15 minutes ago, S.ChrisKelly said: Again, thanks and lauds for your patience and tolerance.
xxSarge Posted April 10, 2023 #18 Posted April 10, 2023 Apologies if some photos are a little blurry. Some photos are not transitioning well on here. 41st Armored infantry Regiment 66th Armored Regiment B Co., 502nd Parachute Infantry Regiment NCDU team #11 (the beach I’m standing on is the exact beach (Ft. Pierce, Florida) NCDU teams trained on before going over to Europe) 10th Marines, 2nd Marine Division
M422A1 Posted April 11, 2023 #19 Posted April 11, 2023 I need to scan some of my photos of the early days of reenacting - the 70’s! I’ll try to dig my photos out and scan some of them.
TheCrustyBosun Posted April 14, 2023 #20 Posted April 14, 2023 This is one of my favorites because someone caught us just having fun at Reading.
USMC_COLLECTOR Posted July 15, 2023 #21 Posted July 15, 2023 Here’s some more of mine. We share the day with a colonial fest, so we had a redcoat hop in our Stuart, making for a great photo.
MinorInHistory Posted October 4, 2023 Author #24 Posted October 4, 2023 A little bit of LRRP action: 35mm film
USMC_COLLECTOR Posted October 5, 2023 #25 Posted October 5, 2023 One of the most realistic pictures I've seen on this thread! 20 hours ago, MinorInHistory said: A little bit of LRRP action: 35mm film
