AFHQP?

I know that AFHQ stands for Allied Forces Headquarters, but cannot find any reference to the "P."

Know what it stands for?

 

This was printed on a British flyer for UK soldiers in Italy (attached for your info).

thanks for that.  However, seems odd that the P is attached to the AFHQ rather than the prefix to the number 286..

 

any other thoughts or knowledge out there?
