This really cool little direct sales catalog was posted by Paul Gould on FB and he gave me permission to post it here. It gives great insight into the exploding world of civilian or commercial contract pilots and how they geared up for the new job. First page is the cover with these great graphics. Roy Paris, Supply Man for The Airman. Based in Dallas, TX

First page we get offered a great set of commercial versions of Fisher goggles. Different sizes, shapes and replacement parts. Second is a photo showing what the commercial box looked like.

Next, we get a full page spread featuring a full gaggle of CAA/WTS training patches and embroidered wings for a range of qualifications.

Here is a closeup page of the colorful instructor wings along with a shot of the same patches as shown in the CAA/WTS/School thread.

A better view of the embroidered wings and patches. I could not find any exact matches for the wings or the CAA War Training Service rockers.

And then the metal badges. Only 2 inch wings to show along with lapel pins for when you are wearing your suit jacket and the Flight Instructor pin badge.

A better view of the 2 inch and 1.5 inch wings described as "Miniature Sterling Silver Wings". They are the Bell Trading Co. pattern. Note that no observer or navigator available and only the G letter wing. Also shown are some of the same pattern wings from the Bell pattern thread.
