General Apathy Posted August 22, 2022 #1 Posted August 22, 2022 anyone here throw some light on this subject . . . . . . . . please Sorting through my spares I have this pack of ten bulbs made by General Electric under their ' MAZDA ' brand, single filament 6 / 8 volt auto bulbs ' model Mazda 1061 ' no idea what vehicle it was used with if anyone knows. These came along with some surplus US military spares I bought, the Wiki site states that General Electric finished using the MAZDA name in 1945, so every chance of being no later than 1945. !!! . thanks, regards lewis. ...

Thanks for the comments, I was taken by the unusual shape of the glass compared to today's globe shaped bulbs. Maybe they expose a larger light glow with the flatter front area. thanks lewis ...
