mvmhm Posted August 14, 2022 Share #1 Posted August 14, 2022 A couple brought in some of their father's WWII items (which will be posted separately, but there were a few items from the Grandfather too - he served in the Supply Company, 333rd Infantry Regiment, 84th Division - his British Brodie, a nice pillow sham, a grave marker and a nice German helmet. His helmet still has the doughnut in the liners, and the maker's mark shows it was made by Hadfield Ltd of Sheffield. Mark sends Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mvmhm Posted August 14, 2022 Author Share #2 Posted August 14, 2022 ...and the pillow sham...it's got some minor mothing but overall it's in good shape...there's also a grave marker which we assume was replaced by another at some point in time since there's dirt on the rod....the German helmet will be posted in the trophy section shortly.
