Help identifying an Air Force DI

Bought san old collection. 99% of them were identified with just a few that were not, this being one of them. Any help would be much appreciated. Kevin

It looks like it is for some manner of training school.  I am also wondering if this is from South America.

That’s interesting. There were no other foreign DI’s in the collection and the yellow and blue colors seem consistent with Air Force, but sho knows? Anyone else?

I agree with gwb, something from Latin America.

 

What does it say on that little scroll/bar at the base of the wings? And what sort of hallmark is on the rear?

No hall mark on this one but typical clutch back.The scroll at bottom does look Spanish, first word is El. Cant make out the rant of top line but bottom line is Esel Poder. Thanks all for chiming in.
