WW2 US Army Signal Pigeon Patch?

I just ran across this patch which seems to be made identically (same pattern/machine) as the patch on Tarbridge's WW2 patch blanket which he posted on the forum a few years back. Different color scheme and base material. Instead of wool this one is on twill the same as the more well known US Army Signal Corps patch (sample shown below)

 

I did a side by side with this patch and Roberts. Another USMF member "Patchcollector" has an example which he posted which is identical to Roberts.

At the time of posting he said he had seen another example of the patch in a different color (could not remember but thought it was green). Perhaps it was this blue patch that he was referring to. 

 

Would appreciate any thoughts.
