ww1 Wire cutter pouch - Which plier ?

Is there an excat US Army regulation plier intend to be put into this ww1 pouch ?

 

(checking this under post, i have understand there is US Army regulation one ? but rtaher fit usual commercial buttons pliers ? )

Take a look at this post.

The one at the far right is the type that would go into a later 1918 pouch.

Typical m1910 wire cutters...all metal.
