BOLO Posted July 25, 2022 Share #3 Posted July 25, 2022 probably sold as "scrap" sometimes surplus stores had steel helmets with the chin strap loop removed because they demiliterized it to sell as scrap / surplus , I remember a store that had a bunch of demilled helmets for cheap prices.
