I’ve never seen a piece marked with both 925 and sterling.

Nice Catch.  I'm guessing the pin is used for multiple attachments and mark "sterling" also.  However...any thoughts on the hallmark?  Thanks for responding.  Randy

I seem to recall that ,925 is typical of what Europeans use instead of sterling.  If that's true, perhaps this is an occupation-era piece?

Those might be the previous owners initials.

If it is a makers name it’s most likely a Mexican silversmith.
