Can anyone help me return this ww2 tag I have no info about this guy but have his tag.

Definitely an officers tag with the O before the serial number.

Yep the I researched the guy and he flew a lot of missions over the pacific in a b24. I could have sold it for a lot of money but returning it was the right thing to do
