What Ribbons Are these?

To me it looks like the top row is a WWII Victory ribbon. The bottom row appears to be the American Campaign, PTO ribbon, and a rifle marksman ribbon.

With regards to the WWII victory ribbon, I know it’s wasn’t too uncommon for veterans to put a campaign star on it to denote combat or overseas service during the war. I hope it’s helpful, great photo!
