Clifton C williams ) I found a Clifton C Williams who was with the coast Guard then went to the Marines ? No mention of being a Chaplain. 2. USMC tunic named inside (V.E Prats) 1942-43. 29navy Posted June 21, 2022 Share #5 Posted June 21, 2022 There is supposedly an article or something about Clifton St Clair Williams in the June 28, 1943 Beckley (WV) Post Herald newspaper page 7. It is available through Newspaperarchives.com I only have Newspapers.com and they don't have that paper. So if someone has that, they could look it up for you.
