EGA Help

Hello, what vintage is this EGA.  I do not have a reverse photo right now, but it is maker marked VIKING plus other marks I cannot make out.  It is a screwback with a brass nut.

Basic Rifleman

This style EGA is classified as an "M1937". While technically classified as a WWII emblem, I believe these were made from the mid 1940's to the late 1950's or even early 1960's by Hilborn & Hamburger. There should be an "H&H" Eagle makers mark on the reverse as well. Hope this helps:)

"VIKING" is a hallmark associated with the 1950s. Definitely post-WWII production, but still a nice emblem
