cerick1450 Posted June 17, 2022 Share #1 Posted June 17, 2022 Hello, what vintage is this EGA. I do not have a reverse photo right now, but it is maker marked VIKING plus other marks I cannot make out. It is a screwback with a brass nut. Thank you

Basic Rifleman Posted June 18, 2022 Share #3 Posted June 18, 2022 This style EGA is classified as an "M1937". While technically classified as a WWII emblem, I believe these were made from the mid 1940's to the late 1950's or even early 1960's by Hilborn & Hamburger. There should be an "H&H" Eagle makers mark on the reverse as well. Hope this helps:)

Brig Posted July 2, 2022 Share #5 Posted July 2, 2022 "VIKING" is a hallmark associated with the 1950s. Definitely post-WWII production, but still a nice emblem
