I recently picked up this lot and couldn’t be more pleased. I’m not sure if they belonged to the same Marine or not, but the seller did not have any info. The nicest piece of the bunch is the gold Vietnamese made USMC parachutist wing on VNMC tiger stripe material. At first I though it might’ve been cut out of a shirt, but there are no signs of wear to it and no signs that a tape of another qual patch was sewn above or below it. Also included is a late war US made parachutist wing, Vietnamese made USMC tape, and Japanese made marine corps patch.

Thanks! It’s always great to find real insignia on tiger stripe material considering all of the fakes out there.

Very nice find!  The SVN made colored USMC/USN paratrooper wing is unique in that I've never encountered one with the berries inside the shoulder area of the wings.  The subdued paratrooper wings are getting harder to find from the same era and worn by both the USMC and USN.

Thanks! The Vietnamese made parachutist wings on TS were a first for me. I’d imagine they were probably made for a VNMC advisor.
