M1 Shrimp Cover Camo Liner Question

I don't usually ask as for help as research is the fun part of collecting but I'm a little lost here.....again.

 

Would anyone know what liner this is and does it belong to this M1 as it came with it.

The helmet is cork finish, rear seam, swivel.

Euroclone liner is what it appears to be. At least whats left of one.
