The shield shaped red and white leather one is China Burma India Theater and the round leather one w/ wings is Army Air Forces HQ. The are WW 2 period originals.

The one that says NREMT Emergency Medical Technician is the older EMT patch.
NREMT = National Registry of Emergency Medical Techinicans

EMT = Emergency Medical Technican

There are multiple levels and at one time all but the lowest were EMT - xxx
This was the lowest EMT level, the "Basic." Above that were two levels of intermediate (EMT-I), then the Paramedic (at that time EMT-P).
Now it's EMT, AEMT (Advanced EMT) and NRP (Nationally Recognized Paramedic) or just Paramedic.

It's not a military patch, though most medics have to pass the cert during their training. The Army requires medics to keep it... when they aren't too busy deploying, and SOCOM medics are required to get to paramedic. I've seen some NG medics wear the NREMT patch during training to make it more obvious they were the medics... or to just look cool.

The A-10 is a patch issued by the manufacturer of the aircraft, Fairchild Republic. That version is a late 70s-early 80s example and probably goes with the 76 TFS you have there too as that is what they flew.
