zzyzzogeton Posted May 24, 2022 Share #1 Posted May 24, 2022 I sure hope someone can identify this "lapel" pin. I'm calling it a lapel pin as it is just under the size of a quarter and has two pins out the back. I got it in a lot of BSA pins and I assumed it was some Scout award, but after nearly 2 weeks of searching every scout website I know of, I am still unable to identify it. It's possible that it is WW2 era or earlier as over 3/4 of the other pins are 1930s era pins, but that's just a wag. Not even good enough to be a swag. I also considered that it might be a Conservation Corps pin, but everything I found related to that organization has 3 "C"s on it since it was the Civilian Conservation Corps. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

zzyzzogeton Posted May 24, 2022 Author Share #3 Posted May 24, 2022 Thank you. Growing up short and slow, I was never "invited", asked or told to go into track and field. I was told by our 7thgrade football coach that I was too little to be waterboy.
