No, unfortunately I didn't. I did not have my phone with me, and it never dawned on me to order a print. Sorry.

I just made contact with them yesterday.

I had ordered some parts for my M1881 on Monday and I made a mistake on the order.

I had tried calling and got a recording to try there online contact info.

I sent my email to their online addy

 [email protected]

They replied back that they would fix my order.

Under Insignia-Indian war- Indian war Insignia I found all the goodies that go to these helmets

I hope that helps.

Wow!   S&S firearms.  I used to get stuff from them 40 years ago!  Nice to know they are still around and doing well.  I will need to check out their website, for old times sake.

my parts came fairly quickly. there was a problem with part of the vent being missing, but they fixed it quickly and next dayed the part to me. so im quite happy with their service.

so heres an update, things are really coming together. though im currently stymied as to how to install the vent on the helmet. any ideas?IMG_1839.JPG.72b7b43d948fcc8a950f5faa84784221.JPG

I think the ventilator has its edges rolled over to attach it to the helmet.

When my helmet arrived I saw this portion of the felt that had pulled out.

I was able to run my fingernail on the inside of the ventilator and the felt popped right back into the slot.

The next is a close up of the vent and then the last is my helmet after I cleaned the dust off of it.

I hope that helps.

yeah, i know how it attaches. i just dont know how to make it happen. i think i need to find a grommet setting set in the right diameter and modify it to fit the vent.
