From the mystery box. What or whose unit do these hat cord (red, white and blue) present?

I think, "CMTC" Citizen Military Training Corps.

As Brian stated CMTC.  Often you will find that this cord was cut and applied to an overseas cap to make the cap appear to be a FSSF piped cap by some sketchy sellers.

Actually the FSSF used red white and blue because the Army had a lot of the red, white, and blue material left over from the defunct CMTC so they recycled it.

By George I just now seen a earlier post I made where now, since these have been ID as Citizen Military Training Corps Cords, we see them in period use in a 1927 movie,
