rtd_sf_eng Posted May 12, 2022 Share #1 Posted May 12, 2022 The picture was taken mid 1954, somewhere between Da Lat (which was a hunting resort) and Siagon. The young boy in the tank is me and the photographer was my dad. And yes, I lived in Vietnam from November 1953 until June 1955. Larry

rtd_sf_eng Posted May 13, 2022 Author Share #5 Posted May 13, 2022 Thanks for the information. The bottom looks like "PIG" or "PI6" and the numbers look like "93429" but it's hard to read the letters or numbers in the picture. Also, that was my very first and last tank ride.
