Fantastic collection!  Thanks for sharing. I am intensely JEALOUS!  Good work!  👍

Yesterday, after a three month delay, I finally got to see and buy these.

I’m keeping the planes in this thread.

I hope no one minds.

I know absolutely zero/bupkis about these.

I did see the ‘C’ in the circle on a good many of them.

I don’t know what I can use to clean them.

Some of them have a lot of dirt/dust on them. Some have heat damage.

I figured I would do a couple of general pictures on this first post.

Perhaps Warguy, or someone else, can tell me if soap and water, Windex or something else can be used to clean them.

I collect German WW2 Wehrmacht related militaria myself.

When you advertise for that, as you gentlemen know, you get anything and everything.

The rules on the Wehrmacht Militaria Forum, where I normally hang out, says that sales should only be made on the Sales Stand.

I am going to try to sell these through your equivalent forum and/or take them to the SOS, which is in 28 days.

If someone contacts me here, I’ll tell them that they have to wait till I list them up for sale or to see me at the SOS.

Thanx,

Tim Alexander

Very nice find! They all look original, but of course close ups really help. The shots you took of the Francis clearly depict an original Cruver spotter model. Congrats, looking forward to more pics!

All look great. Really appreciate you posting them. I like the larger float plane. Even with the heat damage, it looks like all the small parts are there which is rare for these with floats.

And I’ve got about 14 more to go .

The ones at the end will be the more heavily damaged from heat and a couple in pieces.

I was disappointed to see a Storch in pieces!
