Unknown wing pattern ID

Recommended Posts

So here is another wing for folks to ID. There are similarities to a few makers but I have not locked it down can you? Typical Adams type pattern with smooth shoulders defined wing bars smooth primary and secondary feathers

BTW - I am test this animated .gif to see if it is useful for displaying the obverse & reverse in one photo. Comments welcome.

Thanks for the comments on the photos guys. Less space and one photo to look at. It is an easy task provided you has the software. In my case I use image ready which comes with photoshop.

The photo is a bit dark yucky.gif because I was in a rush to post it so I did not play with the contrast or brightness settings. I am thinking of putting together a post on how I take photos which may be helpful to some folks...

Anyway - so wing collectors is this just another "unknown maker" dunno.gif or can you ID it. I am interested in any and all theories :)

Sorry John,

I'm normally the one relying on you to identify my "unknown" wings crying.gif

Cheers,

AW.

AW - I only know a small part but I am always willing to help out if I can. Wing pattern ID is one of the fun aspects of this hobby... more on that later.

I hope someone will read this and just happen to have one on the makers card...
