Korean War USAF Medic's dress blues w/ unusual cornfiguration

Yesterday was bonkers for people walking in the door with "stuff"..this was the first of the day - a Korean War Air Force uniform (blouse, pants, belt and tie). We didn't have a 4 pocket with the SSI and hash mark...what's neat is he put his old Army insignia on the lapels as well...there's also snaps added between the buttons to keep the material from puckering.
