Here is a sweetheart pin I picked up not long ago with a different Bastian Brothers hallmark.

No, not Bastion Brothers but Binder Brothers Inc. Here are a couple of references.

    Here is a shot of the obverse of a Bastian  Brothers era Medal of Honor.  In addition to the physical Hallmark, a hallmark of this era is that thin gilt oval ring which attaches the eagle to the hanger.

Roger Donlon's medal is of this configuration and so it likely has the Bastian hallmark :
