Cobra 6 Actual Posted March 26, 2022 #2 Posted March 26, 2022 The Patent Number on the clutches is for a patent dated January 12, 1943, so can’t be before then. (Naturally, this isn’t definitive since people ‘mixed’ clutches sometimes. But, it’s a start.)

Most likely WW2 era. My guess is probably navy since this came from the family and to my knowledge there were no marines in my family.
