Looking for a West Indies Campaign Medal Ship List

I am looking for a listing of ships eligible for the 1908 West Indies Campaign Medal (Not the Sampson Medal). If anyone has one they can post, or a link to one that they can post I would appreciate it. I have found a list in Belden for the Spanish Campaign Medal but cannot seem to locate one for the West Indies Campaign Medal. Thanks in advance for your help.

The closest ship eligibility lists I can find for either the West Indies Campaign Medal or the Spanish Campaign Medal is in Appendix J of “The Call of Duty”.  That appendix has the ships eligible for both the Sampson Medal and the Dewey Medal.  I think those lists would give you a list of most, but not every, ship’s eligibility.  You might also check the Gleim Medal Letters, which is an OMSA publication.
