albatrosdva Posted March 9, 2022 Share #1 Posted March 9, 2022 Just got this in the mail yesterday. Small grouping of two items that belonged to Richard B English of the AFS. His French issued arm band and a ca 1920 document awarding him the French Commemorative Service Medal. Signed or facsimile copy of a signature by Louis Mourier who was in that position from 1918 to 1920. I haven't found out more about his service yet, just wanted to share.
