A salty Camouflage combat lid

Picked this up recently,

wherever this one was it certainly had a one hell of a ride.
The shell exhibits a green applied camo that’s been mixed with dirt, you can still see the dirt in places.
Chin straps are present and pretty filthy, the J hook has been taken off.

inside is a laundry number I believe of 4010 or a partial ASN

inside is the initials IT

an interesting original camo, if only it could talk it’s history

Love those stress cracks!
Seems like a good MTO/PTO Green camo!

Congrats! There’s only that laundry number inside?

Great helmet

The "IT" could be a really large "K" so the laundry number would be K4010

Russ

Now that’s a great spot ! Thanks Russ - on the laundry numbers only a few 4010

Holy moly! The absolute number of stress fractures! I really love the bright green overpaint, the scuffs, scratches, and paint strokes add so much character. Very gnarly helmet you got here
