They are brand new, still in the shipping cardboard cartons (4 of them), the other 2 are in the issue box. They are listed as "Ambu Mark III (Mil) Resuscitator, Resusciator Device, Individual, Chemical, NSN 6515-01-338-6602, with canister, Chem/Bio. Pretty neat, and I've sure never seen anything like this before. Totally unissued. The box. NSN is on top. Doesn't look very sturdy to me. This is how it looks inside the box, packed. I haven't taken the resp. device out of the bag, but it also comes with the harness, the chem/bio canister, and complete instructions on how to work it. Pretty interesting (and scarce, I'd think) Medical item. The instruction book If there is any interest, I'll be posting the "MIB" examples in the For sale/trade section later on.
