I like these little patches compared to the full size versions. I recently picked up a ziploc bag of WWII ones too. Just need to go through them. Anyone know this rating? I have used a few hours time today and just can't locate it on Google.

Thanks all!

Per John Stacey"s book United States Navy Rating Badges and Marks 1883 to 2008, this is a Tradevman rating. Established as a combination of Specialist G (Aviation Free Gunnery Instructor) and Specialist T (Link Trainer Instructor).

You can order the book new from ASMIC: United States Navy Ratings Badges and Marks, 1833 to 2008 By John A. Stacey. 148 pages, color, spiral bound. Revised 2nd Edition 2014. The cost is $20 for members or $25 for non-members, plus shipping. This is an indispensable book for US Navy rate collectors.
