Korean War- Italian made US blanket?

I picked this one up a flea market. It is a 1951 dated blanket that looks to be made for US troops by an Italian firm.  Not sure of all of the abbreviations. The size is a bit different from US blankets of ww2, size id  62" x 82", and end threads are white, not green. Was it meant for for US troops?  Thanks

Very interesting. Assuming it arrived for US forces in Germany as it's marked Frankfurt QM Proc. Center. Never seen this but really cool
