Jake Zenger Posted January 18, 2022 Share #1 Posted January 18, 2022 Hey everyone! I know next to nothing about M1 helmets so I'm looking for some help identifying anything about this 11th Airborne Westinghouse liner dated 1945. I'm not sure what else the other stuff stamped on the webbing indicates or the significance of the batch code of D23. I want to sell this liner but just want to make sure I know more info about it to post an accurate description. Would also appreciate your advice on what I could expect to sell it for. Thank you in advance for all your help. - Jake
manayunkman Posted January 18, 2022 Share #2 Posted January 18, 2022 Very nice liner. I had a named one with an 11th and 511th decals that I finally took a 450 offer on eBay. These are late War Time made liners used in the late 40s and 50s
elh1311 Posted January 18, 2022 Share #3 Posted January 18, 2022 Very nice late war paratrooper liner. I have a similar one but with a PVT rank decal up front.
