Adventures in Surplus - Mysterious Parkas

I frequently do safety inspections on buildings, and I sometimes enter rooms that have been closed for years.

 

I recently climbed into an attic at a State Park maintenance building and discovered hundreds of Woodland Parkas stored there. No one knew the story on the parkas.

 

I tried to buy them with no luck.
