Chim Chim the Diminutive Posted January 18, 2022 Share #1 Posted January 18, 2022 Keydril Drilling Co. was impressed by the Kevlar helmet, and they asked Gentex to develop a hardhat based on Pasgt. This helmet was only 7 layers thick and came in one size. A thousand of the hardhats were manufactured. The Pasgt-based hardhats were despised by the workforce, and they were quickly removed from service. They were ultimately destroyed by running a bulldozer over them.
