USAF U-2 South Korean presentation shadowbox find at flea market

I picked this up at the flea market which is some kind of presentation shadow box for a TSGT leaving Detachment 2 of the 9th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing which was situated at Osan Air Force Base, South Korea.
