joefriday22 Posted January 1, 2022 Share #1 Posted January 1, 2022 Hello folks, I thought I would post a few photos of this typewriter since I had very little luck finding one like it on the internet it when I was trying to research it a year or so ago. It works perfectly and is pretty entertaining to peck away on. Manufactured around 1942 if I remember correctly. Best, Rob
Brian Keith Posted January 1, 2022 Share #2 Posted January 1, 2022 That is really a great piece! These were really a fine piece of equipment, a great bit of engineering went into making it. If it ran out of ink, your replaced the spool of ribbon. Love the AAC Shift key! Thanks for posting it. BKW
joefriday22 Posted January 1, 2022 Author Share #3 Posted January 1, 2022 Thank you BKW. The ink cartridges were easy to get and it's pretty cool to type on. I was looking for an old typewrite for a display and the AAC key was just icing on the cake since I collect AAC uniforms/equipment...along with 1,000 other things.. Ha.. 12thengr Posted January 2, 2022 Share #4 Posted January 2, 2022 Nice typers! I use mine pretty frequently. It's from 1939 with all round keys. No AAF though!😐
