Honored and humbled to now be the caretaker of an original M2 D-Bail. Looks to have a repaint but both bails and straps are completely intact. Heat stamp is 120B, so within the known range of production for them. Did a little photo shoot of it with my inland para liner and Hawley para liner. Finally able to check this off my bucket list!

Persian Gulf Command

Yep, you have a good one.  Certainly, a top shelf best buy of 2021 candidate.

I have a spot on my shelf if ever I can find one like yours.  Congrats!

Nice! Great item. Any idea of the history?

Unfortunately not. The Hawley liner does however have this name stamped on the webbing, but unfortunately I can’t make out what it says

That looks like a USMC style name stamp. Interesting

If you have an old camcorder with night vision it could help make the name pop
