Chris Posted December 28, 2021 Share #1 Posted December 28, 2021 Just thought this was an unusual patch and thought I would share it. A chenille baseball team patch for the USS Jouett - CG-13. The Jouett was a destroyer that served in WWI. In 1924 she was transferred to the Coast Guard for "Rum Patrols" interdicting shios trying to smuggle booze into the states during Prohibition. She went back to the Navy in 31, and was scrapped a few years later. She had a crew of 4 officers and about 85 enlisted, so this is a pretty scarce patch.
