I think this is a medal given to a WWI soldier. Hoping someone with more access than I have could help me research the name on the box? Looks like Sgt. Robert Bailey Hurt. Thanks for any help

The card says "Mrs J E Johnston" could it be the Wife of the General? I know he was President of a Tenn-Alabama Railroad for some time after the war but as far as I know he lived in Maryland.    Scott
