Guest jollyfifer Posted March 19, 2007 Share #1 Posted March 19, 2007 Hello, I have been researching my relatives from the World War 1 era and have found out that two of my uncles served with the US Air Squad during the war. I would love to find out more about what squadron they were in, where they served etc. Their names are Robert Alexander Cuddy (died in Springfield PA 1964) and Hugh Charles Cuddy (died in 1957 Phiadelphia, PA, buried at Westminster Cemetery). They both emigrated from Ireland around the turn of the century. Any help of where to look next for service records, or any information would be brilliant. Very interesting to learn that they served with the USA. Many thanks, Jonny Cuddy County Tyrone Northern Ireland
Hawk914 Posted March 22, 2007 Share #2 Posted March 22, 2007 Hiya! Unfortunately I can't help you out, but I didn't want your post to go unanswered. You may want to check out the Research Sources section of the forum, specifically the 'Project Assistance' sub-forum. There's also a thread titled 'Procedure for obtaining records' which may prove helpful. Fade to Black...
