Was wondering what y’all opinions on the authenticity of this helmet being a Navy helmet used during the Normandy landings is? Thanks in advance for any feedback y’all may be able to provide. I understand that the band around the helmet was used by the Navy at various times, in various colors and in all theaters. Otherwise, it simply looks like a cool helmet.
