ScottG Posted December 9, 2021 Share #1 Posted December 9, 2021 This came into the museum today and its pretty cool. I only grabbed the one picture but on the other side the soldier added his name and address and I assume he sent something home in it. I have never seen a box available before though I'm sure there are some out there. Scott.
RationMuseum Posted January 31, 2022 Share #2 Posted January 31, 2022 Is this one of the fairly huge flat boxes? If you have pictures of the other sides (writing or not) please share, would love to see the weight/nsn side and insp/test side, or whatever's on there if it's different. I've seen 12-ct, 16-ct, and 40-ct boxes so far but not 24. It seems similar to this era, but this one is 16 meals: '
