That patch is The shoulder sleeve insignia of which was originally approved for the U.S. Army Administrative Schools Center on 10 January 1973. Andrews, here's a real nice one, tailor made, the CIB made on the very same material as the shirt, no doubt made in South Korea. No photos though. Frank Townend, the 28th Inf Div combat patch for WWII's 109th FA Bn 28th Inf Div, his service in the 60s in the 42nd Inf Div, He was the Asst div commander even though he was from Penna, As and I quote In a 1968 reorganization, the division was split between the New York Army National Guard and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.] In 1973–74, the division was converted back into an all-New York organization See his listing here.
