Help with DUI ID

Hi, All! Helping someone out with this, and hoping someone can give me an ID on this DUI:

Hard to see the colors but maybe 121st Cavalry

I looked on an image search and the 121st Cavalry I'm finding is a gold shield with a red "x" across it with a single Fleur De Lis in the center. 

 

I'm plowing through tons of DUI pics, but so far haven't come across this one!

If you do a google search for "Twilight of the Horse Cavalry" (tripod.com) there is an article about some of the Cavalry units..

Scroll through and you will see the history of the 121st Cavalry..

 

The image shown is 121st Cavalry but I also saw the other crest identified as the same...

[Boy Howdy]

I believe this is an obsolete DUI from the NYNG 121st Cavalry Regiment. This design was used as early as 1916.
