The “yellow”-one was to be used for prisoners and the “blue”-one for captured materiel (weapons etc.) The tags are in mint, unused condition. I have found many tags on the net, however not these examples. They must have been issued in (or for) the Netherlands since the tag texts are also printed in Dutch.
